Shipping & TAT
Shipping times may vary depending on order volume. The current turnaround time (TAT) for each restock will always be clearly posted in the top banner of the shop. Please refer to the banner before placing your order for the most up-to-date shipping timeline.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement!
If tracking for your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received your order, please file a claim with the shipping carrier used as I am not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered or missing packages.
Why has a residue formed on the cap/nozzle of my perfume?
Some perfumes contain a higher amount of crystalline or powdered aroma materials. When the alcohol evaporates as the perfume dries on the cap, those materials are left behind and they naturally crystallize. This can easily be wiped off with some warm water!
Why is my perfume a different color than my previous order?
I often have multiple batches macerating at different stages, some batches sit longer than others depending on timing, order volume, and restock windows, but the recipe is always the same. If you receive your a fragrance and notice the color is different from another bottle you've gotten, it doesn't mean the formula has changed! Some perfume materials naturally darken over time when exposed to tiny amounts of oxygen, like the vanilla materials in MM. This is the primary reason for color change in fragrances!
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is available for Canada and the United Kingdom.
Pre Orders
If a fragrance sells out, a pre-order listing will be made available! Pre-orders will have a longer processing time than in-stock items. The TAT for pre orders will be listed in the banner along side the in stock time frame. Pre order is only available for full size bottles, samples will not be offered for pre order.
If an order includes both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the in-stock fragrance will ship together with the pre-order item will once it becomes available.
Are there larger sizes available?
At the moment, 30mL is the largest size. However, I will be revamping the bottles as well as offering larger sizes (likely 50 mL and 100 mL) later this summer!
